From July 13th through the 20th, indulge in our Chef’s French Tasting Menu, a five-course nod to summer in Provence featuring halibut in saffron nage, charred lamb with smoked eggplant, and a stone-fruit tarte tatin you’ll still be thinking about in September.

On Bastille Day itself—Monday, July 14th—we turn things up with a special one-day menu of French coastal favorites, from oysters with elderflower granita to grilled Dorade royale. It’s a week of French flavor, Sunset style—Vive la fête.

On July 30th, Cavatina and Fess Parker Winery host a fire-kissed evening of wine and flavor. Start with wagyu tartare and smoked trout in the cellar, then head grill-side for dry-aged ribeye, Dungeness crab, and a peach tart finale—all paired with standout Santa Barbara wines. $195 per guest. Limited seating.
