We are pleased to share that improvements are underway at Sunset Marquis, including a thoughtful refresh of our Alta Loma Villas and Villa Pool. We anticipate the Alta Loma Villas will be completed and available to guests by July 1, 2026, with the East Villa and Villa Pool following in August.
Renovations to the main hotel building are scheduled to begin in late June 2026 and will be completed in phases, section by section, to minimize impact on guest stays. During this time, there may be intermittent daytime noise in select areas of the property.
